To ensure the matching look and feel about our products with displayed images on our website, Lovely Stylist insists to provide our own product images. However, at certain times, the color of the products displayed may not represent the actual item color due to photo lighting and color touch up for clearer visibility purposes.
1. Lovely Stylist ("Company") only sells item through internet (www.lovelystylist.com), we do not provide physical shop services to serves our customer.
2. Customers can place your order under our website or emailing us your order detail trough email, or email us the worksheet for order form. When placing order, please click "update quantity" then click "checkout" to confirm.
3. An email will deliver within 24 hours to confirm your order. Which include the items, quality, price, transportation fees, handling fees, delivery information, total amount and the payment method, etc.
4. The invoice mentioned sales tax which is the Paypal Company's handling fees.
5. Customers need to pay the shipping cost in advance. Goods will delivery by 7-10 business days once payment confirmed. (Manual order through email or order forms provided from our website.)
6. All goods will be inspected and unable to returned/refunded unless there’s special circumstances apply. Lovely Stylist reserved the rights to reject return/refund if no immediate product quality problem reported from client once items are received.
7. If the quality of stock cannot meet customers' orders. Customers could choose
(i) Choose the other items;
(ii) To refund (via paypal only);
8. Custom taxes, import duty, valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related levy is the responsibility of our customers. Lovelystylist.com cannot make any guarantees or estimation on whether any shipments will or will not be required to pay customs-related levy.
9. All customers agree the above mentioned clauses and under the terms and conditions.
